The Foundation programs provide them with a unique opportunity to learn a complete operatic role in depth while working with professionals who have performed and taught both within the United States and abroad. Finally, in public performance, the singers are given the occasion to integrate the skills they have acquired in the classroom.

Martina Arroyo recognizes that talent alone does not ensure artistry. Her love of singing and classical music is the reason she is committed to a curriculum that serves singers at the threshhold of their careers. A gift to The Martina Arroyo Foundation means that more singers will be able to explore the artistic discipline of past generations and begin to inform their own performance at a meaningful time in their development.
